"Because I am unique and different, my books are a reflection of my outlook on life. The thing that makes any author's book unique is their viewpoint. I look at the world with a fairly sunny disposition, a combination of bliss, serenity, and the fatigue of age." Angela Medearis
Born in Hampton,Virginia and currently residing in Austin, Texas, Angela Shelf Medearis is the author of over seventy books including picture books, folktales, biographies, and cookbooks. Before embarking upon her career as a writer, Medearis worked as a legal secretary.
