Share with children your favorite memories of snow. Allow them to share what they like or dislike about snow. Discuss how snow is different from other types of weather.

The Snow

The snow's a courteous visitor

It brings its blankets as it comes,

And goes to bed right on the ground.

It never snores or makes a sound.
